I recently met the brains behind online vintage shop Pink Clouds, Jennifer Collins, who was an absolute delight as she walked me through what she has in store for the coming months. Pink Clouds has been around for a few years, but unlike other online vintage retailers, the focus is high-end designer and never falters  Her taste is impeccable, but she knows a successful shop can’t just be modeled after the owners style. Her picks range from hot pink Versace leather jackets to Valentino sea shell gowns. Let’s gander. 

Well this is perfect. I saw this beauty in person and my word, it’s unreal. The python printed wool is like nothing I’ve ever seen before. 

When I was at Foley + Corinna, a simple Valentino sea shell print garment came through the doors. I fell in love with the print, and am so happy to see other remnants of that particular season. 

Perfect marabou and rhinestone Halston bag. I saw this beauty in person and it was a stunner. 

The fact of the matter is, a lot of people wear vintage because it’s a cheaper alternative. I’d be lying if I said that sometimes, that wasn’t my motivation. But when you’re looking for that one piece, that show stopping piece, then Pink Clouds is your spot. All of the pieces are inspected and professionally cleaned, making the experience equivalent to shopping a Bergdorf’s of Jeffrey for the modern day equivalent. And at that rate, it’s a steal.
